My Take On The Product-Maybelline Go Graffiti Red Splatter is a stunner and looks good with or without the base color,I have used Bold gold as a base color to give it a more prominent look.

The nail color does not chip .It stays for 5-8 days without chipping or falling off .The texture of the Graffiti is quite thick .Goes well with Indian or Western outfits. Suitable for all skin tones.The only drawback or the challenge one has to go through is removing the nail paint from the nail's .
